Claims Procedure for Public Liability & Products Liability

No admission of liability or any promise to pay is to be made by you to any Third Party. Instead, the Third Party must forward a letter of demand to you holding you responsible and substantiating any damages claimed.

Such documents, together with a Statement of Claim from you setting out the circumstances involved are to be forwarded to Conte Financial Services.

Your Insurers will determine whether any further investigation needs to be made. You are to refer any Third Party making subsequent demands for reimbursement to your Insurers, who will negotiate settlement or otherwise with the Third Party.
